The right skills Xact's consultancy activities are the foundation of our business. That is why we expend many resources to find, select and attract the right consultants. Our staff is made up of a combination of internal and external consultants which together provide the best mix of skills and personal profiles.
Stringent requirementsXact expects a lot from its consultants, both in terms of their technical skills, as well as their ability to communicate, work with others, and constructively find the ideal balance between time, quality, costs and results. These characteristics are mandatory.
New ideas are always welcomeXact seeks to provide a stimulating environment at both the professional and personal level, with a high priority on knowledge sharing and knowledge development. We have to be able to inspire our consultants, but they must also have the opportunity to influence and develop Xact's way of operating. If someone has a good idea for a new service or a new way of solving a problem – these ideas must be permitted to bud and take shape.
Road mapAn inspiring environment requires common attitudes to some basic factors. These have been described in Xact's value set (read more about our values). This value set ensures that all our consultants clearly understand how they should act and what the customer is entitled to expect from them.
The importance of matchingWhen we begin a new project, we make sure to spend the necessary time at the outset to put together the right team. It is critical to the customer's success that the team – even if it only consists of a single Xact consultant – matches the project under consideration. |
